Players
For players
Everything you need to join a tournament, claim your profile, and follow scores in real time.
Create your account
- 1Tap Sign up and enter your name, date of birth, email and phone number — or continue with Google.
- 2Open the verification email and follow the link to set your password.
- 3Finish your profile: nationality, city and your starting level (it sets your initial skill rating).
Email links stay valid for 24 hours. If one lapses, use “Resend” on the check-your-email screen.
Your public profile
Your public profile shows only your name, nationality, current city, skill rating, photo and statistics. Your date of birth, phone, email and address are never shown publicly. Your skill rating is earned from your games (and starts provisional) — it isn’t self-set.
Added by name (to a tournament or a sparring session) before you joined? Sign in or register, then claim your record — on a finished sparring result page, tap “Claim your games” and confirm it’s you. Your history merges into your account and the claim is logged.
Register for a tournament
- 1Open the tournament page and tap Register.
- 2Choose your category and partner (you can register for a teammate and invite them).
- 3Upload payment proof and an ID document if the organizer requires them.
- 4Wait for the organizer to approve your registration — you’ll be notified by email.
Eligibility (level, category rules) is checked when you register. Once you’re in, you play — later profile changes don’t remove you.
If a tournament shows “Registration closed”, the organizer isn’t taking entries right now — their contact (WhatsApp/email) is on the tournament page. You can hold only one spot per category (you can’t be registered twice in the same category, by yourself or a partner), but you’re free to enter different categories.
Follow your matches
- Live scores update point-by-point as the referee scores your match.
- Brackets and group standings update the moment results are in.
- Your player profile collects your stats — aces, winners, errors — across matches.
- Add the tournament dates to your phone or computer calendar in one tap (.ics).
Sparring sessions
Sparring is a quick, friendly club session — no full tournament needed. If someone invites you, join from the session link; results and player standings are tracked just like a tournament. See the Sparring guide for more.

Want occasional news from athlopadel — new tournaments, features and events? Tick the newsletter box when you sign up, or tap the Subscribe link in the footer of any page. It’s entirely optional.
News emails come from news.athlopadel.com and every one has a one-tap unsubscribe. This is separate from your tournament emails — registration, reminders and results always reach you regardless.
